🍂 Autumn Equinox Foraging Celebration 🍂

Join us as we gather in nature to honour the turning of the seasons and celebrate the coming of the autumn equinox or Mabon. Together, we’ll wander through the wild landscape on a guided nature walk, learning about seasonal plants and foraging some of nature’s gifts.

After our walk, we’ll come together to share a delicious feast created from foraged and locally sourced foods – a meal to nourish body and spirit as we mark the balance of light and dark.

As dusk falls, we’ll gather around the fire for a simple yet powerful ritual of release. Each of us will be invited to let go of any thoughts, habits, or feelings we no longer wish to carry into the darker half of the year, offering them to the flames as a gesture of renewal and intention.

This event will be a chance to connect with the land, the season, and one another – a gentle celebration of community, gratitude, and the cycles of nature.

A 500-Acre Foraging Experience, Rooted in Nature & Flavour

Spend a day immersed in nature on the Estate — a privately held 500-acre sanctuary rich in wild edible plants. Our guided foraging tours invite you to slow down, connect with the land, and learn how to identify, harvest, and cook seasonal wild foods.

You'll finish your journey with a beautifully crafted three-course meal made from what we've foraged, prepared collaboratively guided by our chef at a secret dining spot on the estate.

You will not only learn how to identify these wild edible foods but how to prapare and cook them for an outdoor feast.
