"Really good day out locally. A very unassuming patch of wood that provided a cornucopia of edible and medicinal plants and fungi . Our guide, Lucy, was brilliant and cooked us a wonderful lunch using the foods we had found on the way. As well as learning what we were eating, there were also lots of hints and tips on how to find and harvest wild foods ourselves. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who is a foraging novice."
